It has one year guarantee, it has a VGA camera, an 1.8 inch monitor, gprs internet, e-mail, mms, chinese-english/english-chinese dictionary, 3 languages: simplified chinese, traditional chinese and english, u can make photos or videos with it. continue living here if we were not leaving Taiwan. The building is one of the

case the landlady would buy the furnishing from us.

The apartment is fully furnished, modern style but we could sell all furniture
otherwise if you do not need them. However we would prefer someone who is
interested in buying the furniture. In fact we would offer you a deal that is a
real bargain. The complete furnishing goes for 20k (not including the monitor).

mattress (also IKEA) is only 4 month old and like new, cuz we covered it with
another mattress on top (memory foam, the latter we give for free). For detailed

Well maintained BMW 525 (US version), build 91, model 92, with 197bhp
for sale.

I have had this car for the last half year, am very happy with it and would not
sell if I were not leaving the country. I bought it from a German who has a BSc
in automotive Technology and who is a certified master
technician. He chose this car with that knowledge and has maintained
the car during the time he had it. He also expected to stay a
couple of years longer than is now the case.

Here is what was done:

7600 miles ago:

5800 miles ago: Full maintenance incl.

The car is priced to sell fast at 80k obo, all papers are fully legal and
can be transferred within a short time period. Your yearly costs will
add up to ~22k (incl. third-party insurance, road tax and engine tax.
Any smaller car is already 15k/year and the BMW does offer superior
safety features and a much better ride.

Yamaha, Digital Piano P-85, black, 15 000 NT (original price was 24000NT).

I bought this Digital Piano only 1 year ago. The P-85 model was released in
2008. I played classical piano for more than 20 years and enjoyed playing this
one very much. I had several Digital Pianos before and I trust Yamaha products.
They offer good quality and the playing experience comes very close to a real
piano. The price overseas for a new P85 is around 35000 NT. You could probably
send it back home and still make some money by selling it in the internet or
take it back home for your own use when your time is up in Taiwan.

The Piano comes with a stand which includes 3 pedals.
The stand can easily be put into parts, easy for moving; also the Piano itself
only weighs 12 kg.
