Fully furnished apartment is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute scooter ride from NCKU.
I am moving out on August 12th. I am open to someone moving in right away and sharing until I leave and then staying on. The lease is up on September 19th. You could either stay on and make your own arrangements with the landlord or move out at that time. Shared rent 4000NT per month (will prorate depending on when you move in) and 10000 per month after I move out. Apartments in this building all go for 12000 or more, so this is a great deal. About the apartment:
I have lived here for nearly one year now. I love the apartment because it is safe, clean (that means no bugs or roaches!) and quiet. I do not have apartments on any side so I never hear neighbors. I have never heard anyone upstairs either. There are quite a few other foreigners in the buildings that I got to be friends with. Management and security guards are all friendly and helpful.
• The master bedroom has a huge bed, large closets and built-in drawers (pictured), built-in shelves, 2 nightstands and a vanity desk. And AC of course 
• The kitchen/dining area have a gas stove, fridge, dish dryer, table with 4 chairs, and tons of cabinet room.
• The living room has a sofa, coffee table, end table, TV stand with TV and AC.
• The bathroom is separate from the vanity and sink area, which is nice for roommate situations. You have your own water heater so you always have as much hot water as you want. The vanity has nice lighting and lots of drawers and cabinets and a built-in laundry basket.
• Second Bedroom has a fold-out futon bed and a full-size desk with chair and AC.
• Balcony has a washing machine that works great and a built-in rack for drying. There is also a laundry across the street if you prefer.
