The 2009 Tainan International Boat Fair and Oceanic Culture Exhibition

Tainan City has been working really hard to build this oldest city on the island of Taiwan into a modern metropolitan of technology, culture, history and life style.

　　The City Government aims to establish An-Ping Harbor into An-ping Harbor National Historical Park by integrating the value chain of yacht building in the Harbor, and intends to create a specialty harbor complex that consists of production and manufacture of yachts, water tourism and recreation, and historic and cultural life style.

　　The 2009 Tainan International Boat Fair and Oceanic Culture Exhibition is scheduled to launch for 4 days from July 3 to 6 2009. The event site is located at An-Ping Harbor of Tainan city and the surrounding areas. The event covers a series of activities, including static displays, hands-on activities, street shows and a musical concert that combines sounds, light and a lot of entertainment for any one to enjoy.
