Best area to live in Tainan

 I'm moving to Tainan in a few months and I'm looking for an apartment. Since I've never been there, I'm not sure what the differences are between the areas, and how Tainan is comapred to Anping or Yongkang.

Any suggestions? what do you think is the best area to find an apartment in? how to search?

Welcome Liz,

Anping is the west tip of Tainan City and Yong Kong is the North-east, it takes about 40-60 min to go from one end the the other by car. Check on the google map, it shows different districts of Tainan City.  It depends on where are you going to work/ study and you might want to find an apartment that is close by. I can't help you without more info, but here is some suggestions:

  1. Check or post on the classifieds in iTainan or Tainan bulletin
  2. Find a professional apartment rental service http://www.6mama.com.tw/root/index_en.php
