1 comment postedThe PhD seminar with the professor was one of the best classes I took in NCKU. Requires students to read, summarize and prepare discussion questions every week and insists on a class interaction which, altogether, produces an interesting research oriented dialog. Acts more as a facilitator than an instructor, seems genuinely interested in student observations and promoting independent thinking.
One of the only professors in College of Management doing IHRM/OB related research.
IMHO - Highly recommended.
