before the first class~~

Coming to class prepared is a requirement of Professor Stanworth's classes, and so before the first class of the term, it's recommended you go to the Prof's website (http://www.j--s.net/classes.html), find your class (NCKU Service and People, or NCKU Servie Operations Management), and download the syllabus to see what readings are required for Class 1.  You may have to hunt the material down yourself, or it may be available for download at the bottom of the class' webpage.  In any event, it is recommended you have it prepped and ready for discussion~~

Bringing your laptop is also recommended (groupwork with presentations and feedback each class require at least one laptop per group).

Real value

Usually running longer sessions once every two weeks, James manages keeps the audience involved and interested.

Requires participation and intense preparation, he demands students to put in work but also gives alot back in both class and more personal mentoring. Open and friendly, listening to students and seeking an interaction, I'd strongly recommend his courses.
